Falha ao conectar

Estou com esse problema no momento de conectar o laucher

muplay.exe - Erro de aplicativo

O aplicativo não pôde ser inicializado corretamente

(0xc000009a).

Já desinstalei e instalei( varias vezes e das duas formas do site), tentei colocar somente o muplay.exe.

Se alguém puder dar uma luz.
